Resi & Refunds


The Customer can cancel the order by simply communicating via e-mail to as long as it has not yet been processed.


If at the time of delivery your order is visibly damaged by the courier, (packaging broken or visibly stained by product leakage from any broken bottles) you can:

– If it involves multiple packages, reject the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier's note "With Reserve". We will then take care of returning the damaged package and sending it back to you.
– If it is a single package shipment, reject the shipment to the sender and as before we would take care of the return and restoration of the shipment. In the event of a broken product running out of stock, you will be contacted for a possible replacement or for a refund of the sums paid.

Purchases on are subject to the right of withdrawal for any reason. The right of withdrawal applies to the entire contract, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal with regard to only one part of the order. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, by sending an email by 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to indicating:
– invoice number
- order number
- order's date
– the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal

The returned products must be intact, possibly in the original packaging. Once it arrives in the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering. For damaged or altered products it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is however excluded for products not delivered due to the absence of the Customer from the place of delivery and for those which upon collection are altered or damaged due to the delay caused by the Customer himself..
If the withdrawal is carried out according to the methods and terms set out above, any amount already paid will be credited to the Customer using the same payment method used by him on the website to complete the order.
The refund is made as quickly as possible, and in any case I go in 14 days from the date on which Varani Spirits SRL receives the ordered goods intact and possibly in the original packaging.

Shipping costs for returning products to Varani Spirits SRL are non-refundable and remain, By law, at customer's charge.

In general, although not expressly written, The legal provisions regarding distance contracts apply. Any possible dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
